Examples of Good and bad teaching
Good Teaching:
This is a great example of a teacher talking to a student and realizing what was going on, they weren’t afraid to talk to them as a friend and not just a teacher. Mr. Holland was able to blend the perfect balance of encouragement and keeping some of the fundamental rudiments such as her lips on the mouth piece. He noticed it was the sheet music that stressed her out and all she needed was to play out. |

Bad:
This example shows a teacher who is only sticking to the book (even on his teaching style but not in a good way). He is simply telling facts and hoping students will remember them. He tries to get response from the students but answers his own question before they can speak. There is always a way to make a lecture style class interesting but this professor is clearly not putting in the effort. |
